A skill development centre was established at reasi here today by the NGO National Students Welfare Association (NSWA).
The centre focused on skill training in sewing and made the women aware of the schemes initiated by the government.
Speaking on the occasion Sadaket Malik chairman NSWA said that government has several schemes in operation and the need is to get benefitted from the schemes.
The NSWA team included Ambika Rani, Sonika Attri,Ajeet singh, Rehana, briefed the benificiries about the need for schemes meant for their empowerment.
The skill development centre will train the 25 trainees in the first phase.
