Their unnecessary visits hampers official business of the department:- officials
Srinagar:- Teachers and Masters won’t be allowed to enter civil Secretariat Srinagar without proper permission from the department.
“Kindly refer the subject above, in this connection it is to convey that the teachers/lecturers and other employees visit the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar on daily basis which hamper the official business in the department.” Reads the letter of Mohammad Iqbal Mir Under Secretary to Government, School Education Department to SSP Security J&K.
“The issues are usually related to transfers/deployments on various grounds. It is not out of place to mention that the department has already provided various online facilities like ATD, Subject specific/issue specific email for redressal of these issues.” It adds.
“In view of the above, I am directed to request you to not allow any Teacher/Master for visit to Civil Secretariat, Srinagar without proper Permission /Pass from the department.” It adds further.
