Pulwama: Senior AAP leader and advocate Bashir Kakapori, on Saturday extended greetings to the people of the country, in particular the Muslim community of J&K on the auspicious occasion of Eid, wishing them peace, well-being and prosperity.
In his message on the eve of Eid-ul-Azha, Kakapori said that “the day is reminiscent of the greatest sacrifice in the history of mankind and imbibes in us the principles of selfless service to the Almighty and his human creation.”
He further said that, “on this day we need to remember the deceased victims of yesterdays Amarnath tradegy and resolve to help the poor and needy and show kindness and generosity to all.”
Kakapori expressed his hope that this Eid will further strengthen the bonds of communal harmony, mutual brotherhood, amity, and tranquility among different sections of the society.
