Over 13 Kanal forest land occupied by DAP leader retrieved in Shopian

Srinagar, Feb 06 (KS) : The authorities on Monday said it retrieved about 14 kanals of forest land illegally occupied by former minister and now DAP leader during the ongoing eviction drive in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.

An official told The Kashmir Scroll said that a revenue department Shopian team along with forest department retrieved 13 kanal and 16 Marlas forest land from Ex MLA Congress, Ex Minister and now senior leader Democratic Azad Party Taj Mohi Uddin in Sedow area of Shopian district.

He said that around 35 kanals of land was there and among them 13 kanal and 16 Marla were found illegally occupied which have been retrieved.(KS)
