Mentally unsound person killed after hit by train in Andergam Pattan

Srinagar, Feb 28 (KS): A mentally unsound man was killed after getting hit by a moving train along Pattan-Hamray railway station in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday.

An official told The Kashmir Scroll that man was hit by the train on way from Banihal to Baramulla, resulting in his instant death.

He identified him as Hafizulla Ganie (40) son of Mohd Akbar Ganie resident of Chanderhama who was mentally unstable.—(KS)
