Srinagar:- Four persons were injured in a road accident in Dandipora area of Kokernag on Wednesday afternoon.
An official said that two vehicles bearing registration No’s JK03B-9563 (Tavera) and JK03A-2039 (Maruti 800) collided with each other at Dandipora Kokernag.
In the incident four persons received injuries who have been hospitalized, he said.
He said that all were shifted to SDH Kokernag, from where they have been referred to GMC associated hospital Anantnag.
He identified injured as Manzoor Ahmad son of Gh Mohd resident of Lessu, Shakir Husain Sheikh son of Gh Muhammad resident of Khreti, Jahngir Ahmad Sheikh son of Gh Nabi Sheikh resident of Iqbal pora Khreti and Zamrooda daughter of Mohd Rajab resident of Wardwan.
Meanwhile police have taken cognisance of the incident and started investigation.
