Srinagar, April 23 (KS): At least three persons were injured in a road accident in Kalaroos area of Kupwara district on Sunday.
An official told the Kashmir Scroll thar a vehicle Alto-800 bearing registration number JK16/4540 onway from Sarkoli to Kalaroose skidded off from the road and fell down into a Nallah at Sarkoli resulting injuries to driver and two persons boarding in the said vehicle.
The driver was identified as Sharafat Ahmad Khan son of Bashir Ahmad resident of Sarkuli Klaroose while two others were identified as Suhail Ahmad Khan son of Manzoor Ahmad and Zubair Ahmad Khan son of Mohd Altaf residents of Sarkoli Kalaroose.
He said that injured persons were shifted to PHC Kalaroose, where from they were referred to SDH Kupwara .
Meanwhile a case has been registered in this regard and further investigation hss been taken up.—(KS)
