Two readymade shops damaged in Srinagar fire incident

Srinagar, June 20 (KS) : At least two readymade shops were damaged in a fire mishap in Fatehkadal area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Tuesday evening, officials said.


They told news agency—Kashmir Scroll that a fire broke out in the two readymade shops located at Narparistan in Fatehkadal.

Soon after the incident, Fire and Emergency men laced with machinery reached the spot to douse off the raging flames, they said adding before the rescue operation could end at least two readymade shops had already received damage.

There was no injury caused to any person in the incident, they said further. (KS)
