Army organizes Medical Camp, wins hearts

55 RR of the Indian Army conducted a medical camp at Aghanzipora village of Awantipora, here in the Pulwama district of South Kashmir.

The camp was organized near the Jhelum River with the aim to get medical help to marginalized people in the area, and their welfare. The initiative was hailed as a remarkable one by the locals, keeping in view the amount of relief it bought to the ailing in society.

The event was meticulously planned and organized at Aghanzipora by the special medical team of Army doctors . The activities in the camp involved the distribution of necessary medications, treating needy patients, and spreading awareness regarding diseases like dengue, malaria, and other waterborne diseases that may spread during the upcoming monsoon season in the village which is located astride Jhelum River.

Through these initiatives, Malangpora COB not only provided essential healthcare services but also instilled hope, trust, and belongingness among the people. The Army, as always, stands committed to the welfare of locals and continues to uphold their trust.
