Srinagar July 30 (KS) : A policeman of Armed wing allegedly ended his life by shooting himself dead with his service rifle in Rajbagh area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district on Sunday evening.
An official told the news agency Kashmir Scroll that the selection grade constable of IRP 10th Battallion took the extreme step at a hotel in Rajbagh this evening.
He was immediately shifted to SMHS hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started investigation.(KS)
